Online FHID Courses

How it works

Our online programs offer the same core content as our in-person courses, providing practical tools and a safe space to share and learn with others working to recover from depression and or anxiety. 


Please note that online course availability varies, but we aim to update this page as soon as new dates are confirmed.

Where?

You will receive a Zoom meeting link for each session once registration is confirmed and you have signed our confidentiality agreement (these will be emailed to you).

What to expect...

A safe and confidential space, where its ok to not be ok. This is not group therapy, this is empowering, equipping and educating you to be apart of your own recovery or support someone recovering from anxiety/depression. 


Each course is led by trained facilitators and features expert guest speakers covering topics such as:


  • What depression is and how it affects the mind and body
  • Therapies and approaches that can aid recovery
  • Brain chemistry, medication, and neuroplasticity
  • The impact of nutrition on mental health
  • Managing anxiety and learning mindfulness techniques
  • The role of exercise, routines, and self-care in moving forward
